Not A Duck (“the App”) is developed and published by John Parker (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
We do not collect any personal data. The App does not gather, transmit, store on our servers, or share any information that identifies you or your device. We operate no servers and receive no data from the App.
The App saves game progress and preferences — such as level completion, trophies earned, and audio settings — locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is deleted when you delete the App.
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting services, and no in-app purchases. No third-party software development kits collect data through the App.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting no data at all.
Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California retain all rights afforded under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively; these rights are satisfied by our collection of no data.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
